Complaint regarding refund from Ajio

Ajio block my account. Value: Refund received from ajio pack of 4 polo tshirt

Ajio block my ajio account and in ajio wallet 1688 money still left .i want only to transfer money from ajio wallet to my bank account but we send multiple time email to customer[@[ajio.com with my Bank details but there are no response from ajio

So please help and ajio give me my money back
