Complaint regarding refund from coolwinks

I have made payment to coolwinks for sun glasses sir, later I have cancelled the order but my amount was not refunded and I have trying to call them so many times also sent many times mails but they do not responding sir
I have trying to call them about from one week but no response from coolwinks and want to make a complaint on them. So that I can get my amount back. Please with honorable request to you complaint on them. Please give me feedback

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
