I had placed an order for a Marc Jacobs watch with on 07 August 2017 elitify which was not delivered and cancelled. Got an email from Elitify on 17th August stating they wont be able to fulfill my order and would issue a refund. Have shared my neft details with them but has been no response since. Tried even reaching the provided landline multiple times but no response. Please step in and assist and hold accountable the right parties involved in this. E commerce scamming should not be taken lightly. Please advise if i can raise this issue elsewhere legally also.
