Sir/madam- I ordered a Micromax 81cm LED on 22 sept-2017 on flip cart which should be delivered by Tuesday, Sep 26, 2017. But the item was not delivered to me on time and they gave me a another date of Sep 28, 2017, but as expected item is not delivered on date and continuously they gave me further dates of Sep 29, Oct 3, oct 5, Oct 6, and I was calling regularly to company customer care.
On the Oct 6 2017, they send me a msg and ask for some more time till Oct 11 2017, to deliver my product but again they failed to deliver my product, on Oct 11 2017, they called me and said that the seller is unable to deliver my product, would I like to cancel it and then I cancelled the product. The customer care of company assured me that the refund will be deposited in my account within six days.
Now it’s Oct 14 2017, but they have not escalated my complaint of refund yet. So I contact the customer care again and they told me that your complaint will be escalated by Oct 19 2017, and refund will be deposited in my account with in six business days and they know very well this is festival session and six business days means min 10 to 12 day. So they are playing with me and I am very upset with all of this nonsense. So please help me to resolve my Problem, so I can get my money back.
