Complaint regarding refund from Myntra

Myntra has held my refund amount of RS. 14800 over for my returns picked up till May 14 2019, they show this amount processed ad refund to my source account but my bank hasn’t received any payment yet, they have refunded only few amount expect then above amount. I am feeling harassed as they done even attend my complaints or reply to emails the give an false ssurance of reply with in 24 hrs and have eaten my money I am now trying to Lodge a legal complaint against them. Also uploading complaints on all sites available

Complaint against Reliance General Insurance / Medi Assist India TPA – Rs.32,643/-: Prashant Moda of Delhi (Email: modapkbl(at)rediffmail.com), had submitted his mediclaim bill with Medi Assist India, TPA of Reliance General Insurance in June 2009. The claim was not settled till January 2010 when he posted the complaint with ICF and ICF took up the complaint with Reliance/Mediassist. His claim was finally settled on 13-05-2010 for Rs.32.643. Refund from Go Ibibo / Spicejet – Rs.12,294/-: Mr. Paramjeet Ganguly of Bangalore had booked a flight ticket on Spicejet through GoIbibo which was cancelled due to covid. The the Airlines confirmed refund to Go Ibibo the customer did not get refund from GoIbibo. Mr. Ganguly posted his complaint with ICF on 15-12-2020 and the matter was taken up Go Ibibo. Warranty service from Havells – Rs.5,000/- : Ms. Radhika Bansal of Gurgaon, Haryana purchased an induction cookware of Havells, in Aug’13, with the warranty of 2 years. It was not working and she had lodged a complaint with Havells (EB270484). Even after continuous follow-up her complaint was not attended to. Refund from Snapdeal for return of damaged product – Rs.4,469/: Mrs. Lina Heredia of Mumbai, Maharashtra (russel_athaide[@]hotmail.com) ordered a “study table with 3 Drawers” from Snapdeal which arrived in damaged condition.
