Complaint regarding refund from PayTM

I have added RS 10000 to Paytm wallet through my credit card on 05/10/2017. But despite various request calls to customer care and fake assurance by them that it will be refunded to my credit card account within 5 days. Till date no refund has been done by them. I am surprised to see how easily Amazon people bluff us. I am helpless in getting my refund back. Kindly take strict action against Amazon which is totally fraud and help me to get refund.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
