I made the order to shoponhub.com on dated 28/09/2017 and made the payment via net banking but till date i m not received my product and i m so many time told them to make my refund but they every time told me i received with in two days. but till date did not received my refund. i inform you that as i talk with Mr. Axxxxxh few days ago he told me that i m eligible to get my refund because it was more then one month delay and it is their company policy. but i told him if i was regularly talk with them and after that he told me that i can not received my refund that is not my mistake. that is their mistake. i m also send them mail so many time but they did not reply to me. i have recording of conversation with someone who was discussing this issue with me for my refund. Thy also accept that they will will make my refund but till date i m not received. i m request you to kindly do the needful and please help me to get my refund back.
