I moved out of Nestaway property (A-197 First Floor, Sector 20, Noida- 201301) on 2nd Sept, 2017. The move-out was done by Nestaway team after proper inspection of any damage of house properties. The move-out team gave a green signal without any claims and they said my security refund will be made within 15 days. It’s been more than 3 months I haven’t received my security deposit. They have given me 5043/- INR and as of now 7667/- INR is still pending. Nestaway customer care is incommunicado and doesn’t help. They keep saying to raise a service request which I have already done and that was escalated to level 4. I request this forum to look into my matter and help me. This issue is really frustrating and taking a lot of my time.
