Indane gas cylinder person demanding extra money

Every time when the delivery of the gas cylinder is done, the delivery person will demand for extra money and till the time we give it to him, he will not leave. My consumer no. is 7031642794.

Today morning also our bill amount was 789 (Cash Memo no. 3000117488) , but took 810 from us. Even after complaining to the distributor, he does not take any action. He only advices us not to pay anything to the delivery person. Since the delivery person is adamant and will not leave until and unless we pay them, we are forced to pay the money to him.
