Complaint regarding return pickup of skyland water purifier by Flipkart

I had ordered skyland water purifier ok Flipkart on 13/04/23.

There is an issue with the water taste i have raised a complaint and return requested on 21/04/23 but no action takes place and issue not resolved, It’s May 1st with my information Flipkart changed my return date now it showing return requested on 1st may.

Please help me here.
