I was contacted by a travel agent from www.sagartrip.com offering budget Ooty package for rs.20000 including flight Hotel and Sightseeing.
I negotiated and asked only for hotel and pickup for rs. 10000..i transferred the money to their union bank account as agreed. But another agent from same company called me saying there’s a mistake. The package cost is wrongly communicated by us. And they asked me for more money. I told them i doubt their intentions and that i would want to cancel the booking and refund my money. They did not refund till date. And they are threatening me not to. Complain to any consumer forum if i want refund back.. They are blaming me that i have not paid remaining amount for the package. But that is irrelevant as i have asked for cancellation and refund. I will be reporting this matter to cyber crime also. Soon.
