Complaint regarding sales on Instagram

I am from New Zealand and I’ve ordered few stuffs from India from instagram and I paid him on the 5th of October 2017. The seller told me I’ll get my stuffs by the 15th and till now I haven’t received anything. He posted my stuffs on the 12th of October and gave me a tracking number on the 13th. I tracked my parcel but nothing was showing up. Than I tracked it in two days and it said shipped to singapore from Mumbai and till now its showing the same thing. I’ve been calling the seller and messaging him but he’s not replying to any methods of communication. I am asking him to contact the courier company to find out where my stuffs are and he’s not doing anything he’s just rejecting everything. My cousin she bought stuffs from him too and she got her things with 1 item missing and she’s been texting him but he’s not replying. I’ve been texting and calling the courier company too and they are not replying either. I called them and also emailed them last night but no one’s willing to help me. What kind of customer satisfaction is this that neither the seller nor the courier company is replying and took all my money!!!
