Sansui let tv is under warranty of three years. recently it started getting color lines and double images on the screen. I complaint in their customer center. The service engineer is asked me whatsapp him the photos which I did. He never came personally to check the TV. He told us that he will have to change the tv panel which he never did. When i asked when he will be replacing the same he is saying that he has done the procedure and the panel will take more than a month but till now no news about him or the panel.
