I called the Bodyline Gym Service as my treadmills was purchased from same dealer. While my treadmill GYM TRAC ADT 850 was running but in between was rarely getting stopped once or twice. Still it was on. Even the service executive who came to inspect saw my treadmill was working and stopped after 45min – 1 hr of inspection and took out the sensor board for further sr. Engineer inspection on 2nd August 2021. Stating withing 5 working days I’ll be getting the info for further issue and probable fix with charges. But th delayed it to 16th August 2021 when i receive a probable fix charge of 6K with fault to replace the IGBT which I denied to go forward with. And today i.e. 21st I recieved my sensor board and with the different delivery exec stating that it’s in stop condition and will not run and when I connected with the sr. Engineer claims that it should have been in stop condition only as per the issue which is totally wrong as per what the receiver executive reported to the same eng. This is very concerned and fishy practice to which I have felt victim to. And would humbly request a help to resolve my issue as I have already returned the sensor which is totally defective after just going through the inspection phase.
