Complaint regarding services from Matrimonial site

I have invested in a matrimonial company called jain shubh bandhan in jabalpur, madhya pradesh for my son. They were suppose to refund me the rest amount if my son’s engagement is fixed. The term was to send them the couples photo and by December 2020 i was supposed to receive the money. Now neither they are picking up my call or replying to my message. Please take strict action against such fraudulent companies who cheat the customers like this. My 3500 is to be refunded please help me.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
