which was not working properly so I have called service centre for the complaint to be checked by an executive.Then the executive came from the Onida service Centre , who said, to resolve my issue at my residence but he can’t fix my issue at my residence so he told us that some parts need to be taken to service centre as this couldn’t be fixed here.So we allowed him to take the parts to the service centre. The parts taken by him were PCB,Tray and several other small parts .Since the time he took our parts he didn’t received our call as well as there was also no response from the side of Onida customer care that where our parts have been dumped.Since then it has been 2 years no positive response came from the customer care even after making several calls to them.So I request you to make my parts available and make my place to the original position as it was before making any calls to the customer care and if possible please make my appliance repaired or repalced by the company
