Complaint regarding short delivery by TCI Express

We have sent 2 TMT bar samples & 7 Ceiling fan sample by TCI Xpress, Kanpur in 3 packets but delivered only 2 packets, 1 packets not delivered till dated. we inform to kanpur branch & Noida branch already many time but not any entertain till now. Kanpur branch says that we have not any entertain in this matter so please look it serious matter & do the needful. docket no.- 496230674
