Complaint regarding Siti cable local operator

I am a resident of Jain Park, Uttam Nagar, Delhi. The Local Cable Operator here i.e Sonal Cable is charging Rs.350 per month and keeps on removing channels every now and then. He is not providing any English Movie channels to view and further more he never answers his phone even if you call him 100 times in a day.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-.
