I had purchased a Sony ps4 slim on Oct 1st week. It stopped working within 2 months of purchase and was returned by me to the Sony service center in Indiranagar on Dec 1st week.
I have waited for almost 2 months now. The service center response has been pathetic, they have been telling me that I will receive it by next Wednesday, and when I call them they say that they will enquire and give me a call back.
So, I tried the toll free sony customer care, even they don’t know when I will recieve the replacement, they try to divert me to the service center.
All and all, sonys’ customer care is just pathetic
