Complaint regarding Swipe Elite Note service

I had bought a Swipe Elite Note on Flipkart on 14/07/2017. Just within one and a half month, it stopped working. As per the Swipe customer support I have submitted my phone to Swipe service center in pune on 30/08/2017. Now its more than 3 months, its still not fixed. I have taken a lot of follow-up(8-10 times) and every time it had been said that, within 15 day it would be fixed which still did not. My phone is still with the company. Its really pathetic. I expect a strong action to be taken against the company.
