Complaint regarding Tata Docomo excess billing

Frustated & Annoyed with the services of Tata Docomo. After having 7 months of long discussion with the Customer care, Nodal office & appelleate team, no resolution was provided till date. Services on my tata docomo number are still barred. Already settled the bill from my side in February 2017. Still the services on my number are not restored.
