I want to complain and also want to take a big action on trackon couriers malad branch . My parcel was given on 12th of jan from malad for UTTAR PRADESH..after 25days i came to know that parcel has come back to malad branch on 21st of jan. i called them on 3rd of march and after that they came to give me back my parcel.
when i tracked on their wedsite. it was showing that they have already delivered me back with the signature on it.
the signature was done by their staff .due to 20days of delay i had a loss of rs25000. My party cancelled the order due to delay in the sample i was about to parcel.
