Complaint Regarding Pick Up and Refund clovia

I ordered items from Clovia worth Rs.814/- on 24.11.2021 at 08.21 pm.  The product was delivered on 04.12.2021 but the delivered status reflected on Clovia app on 07.12.2021. Since the product did not fit well to me I placed a return request on 07.12.2021. Soon after I received a message from clovia saying return request is accepted. On 08.12.2021 received another message saying “Pickup against your Clovia Order ….. will be done in 1-2 days. Track your pickup …..”

From that day onwards I was waiting for the pick up of products.

Unfortunately no one came to pick up the product. Due to the disappointment I raised complaint through Clovia WhatsApp portal three times on 14/12/2021, 16/12/2021 and 20/12/2021 respectively.  But none of my requests  were solved. And I am nearing the last days of my return period. After that my refund will not be processed. Hence i request you to solve the issue and refund the amount as soon as possible.
