Complaint regarding Videocon TV service under AMC

I Purchase Videocon tv on 2014 the tv was having 5 years warranty under AMC . In the Dec tv was not working so i gave complain to videocon serives centre from dec tv is in service centre if call to service person the tv item is not there from dec they saying same think if call to bangalore manager he ill not pick the call oly no response . I m feed up of this pls help to repair the tv.
