I Purchase a Washing Machine Eva equa SX LDT 6 months before, which filter didn’t not working or still chocking after cleaning by Technician. Machine didn’t getting water. Then he removed the filter and start the machine. Now machine is very much prone to failure.
While company claims for 4 years warranty. I asked to replace the filter Now IFB asking money to replace the same.
It appears the company first give the filter and then remove the same for failure. Then plan to demand for money. Or their filters is problem which got chocked and now not cleaning. While it is cleanable and reusable filter as per company maintenance manual. While it is not cleaning.
