Consignment not delivered by DTDC

I booked a packet through dtdc courier service on 05 Oct 17, on 11 Oct 17 it has not reached to the destination.
After updating pin code in customer support mail. And no response from any of the franchise. Very bad experience with dtdc. Consignment track number Z37983772

The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
