The sum of rs 40 [in two times] has been deducted from my main balance. First time rs 24 was deducted on 28th of aug and then rest rs 16 on next day. I had filed the complain on reliance insta care app but the only reply that i am getting is that “no balance has been deducted”. So the question arises where does my full balance gone then. I had mailed them to send me atleast records of my last 5 deduction but they are not providing me that also. This is not the first time they have done this to me but previously also they have deducted my balance and had not waived it back. I am feeling being cheated. Also there customer care number *333 doesn’t work, whenever i try to call it gets disconnected always.
So i kindly request you to look into this matter and take some immediate steps so that they can stop doing this cheap activity in future and refund my money ASAP.
