I purchase a scooter (hero mestro) from Credr (Auto dealer) from pimple saudagar, pune branch. I purchase scooter on Jun 10, 2017 however still awaiting for vehicle documents. While purchasing vehicle they took 100% amount and told me that within 2 months I will receive the documents (RC and other document) but now I am following up with them and they are giving many reasons for delay and telling me to wait for documents. I am already waiting since 10 months for documents.
