We bought the refrigerator on 1st Jan 2018 and it was delivered on 7th Jan 2018. This new refrigerator was in exchange of older refrigerator. Once we opened the packaging of refrigerator, it was damaged badly from the back side corner, It was so badly damaged , we immediately posted for replacement at the flipkart website. we got assurance multiple time for customer services that their technician will visit the house, and after that refrigerator will be replaced, They booked the slot for technician on 15th, 17th and 27th Jan, but the technician never visited the place. It have been more than 20 days after the purchase of the refrigerator and flipkart people could not able to manage a single technician visit to review the damage. I have called several time at customer service at flipkart, since technician is not visiting, what will happen in the case, Nobody is listening at Flipkart and not try to resolve the issue. After 20 days, there is no replacement happened, I want to file for grievance for refund of our money from the flipkart. we donot want to keep broken fridge.
