Defective harp wireless earphone form in.harpshack.com

I have brought harp wireless earphones from there official website – in.harpshack.com. After 15 days they stopped working and to solve this issue I talked to there management through FB messenger as there is no number provided. The product comes with a 6-month warranty but they don’t replace nor refund the amount. Please help me.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
