I have bought pc cabinet from mdcomputers.in on 18/03/2022 and received on 24/03/2022 and problem not resolved yet i.e 29/04/2022 But i have received defective item.The LED strip is not working they asked many videos and photos of my cabinet serial number to claim warranty.
They have arranged a replacement part of that LED strip but it is also not working now again they are saying make a video and we will ask brand assistance.
Instead of giving of total replacement they are doing this nonsense things even they don’t know how to replace that LED strip and they asked me to replace and make a video.
