I bought i kall mobile phone of 369 rupees with 49 rupees for courier charges for my location. Then that product speaker and keypads are not working. So i request a return of that product. Then they said that they will not return damaged product and there is one option is there they will replace that order finaly i agree to that. Then i file replace request and it was accepted. Then they now saying that there is no reverse pickup in our area(they didnt tell me this reason at the time of ordering and take 49rs extra for courier charges). I am now in tamilnadu for my studies and this phone is for my mother’s hand she is in kerala. We have near only speedpost but they said dont send through speedpost. She doesnt know where is courier office. Now they are not taking my calls and continuesly i called so they take the call and tell me that they are facing technical issues. They think we common people will moveon and leave this issue because its just 400 rupees. If i didnt get justice from here, i will took judicial assistance and will go to consumer court. I will not leave this issue simply. Its a social issue.
