Defective TV delivered, PayTM not refunding my money

I placed an order of VU140 cm (55) 55UH7545 4K ultra HD smart tv on 5th April 2018. I received the product on 11th April and installation was done on 13th April.
The product was faulty and had picture issues. According to the return policies, I placed the return request on 15th April and it was approved by Paytm. But no one came to pick up the TV. I called customer care regarding the same on 19th April and they gave me assurance that the TV will be picked up soon. After a few hours, I received a mail that “I had cancelled the pickup” which was a complete lie. I called them back and asked them that why have they cancelled my pickup. To which they replied that the pickup guy cancelled and same will be approved again.

So I called the customer care again on 20th April as the pickup was not done and they said that they have registered another case. After that till now I have tried to contact the customer care more than 10 times and the pickup has still not been completed. They always say that they have “highlighted the issue”. They are not returning my money and not picking up the TV.
Everytime they put my call on hold for 30-40 minutes and give me the same response that they have highlighted the issue.
I have paid by credit card which also charges the interest.
