I will just summarize what has happened so that you can take appropriate steps regarding that. So, I bought Xiaomi Mi Max 2 on 21st October and it was delivered on 23rd October. But I found that the Nano sim slot (i.e., sim slot 1) is not working. I tried with different Nano sims but still, it is not working. So, on 23rd October I requested for a replacement which was delivered on 30th October. Then again I checked for the sim slot but this time also the Nano sim slot is not working. I talked with the customer care officials of flipkart and they told me that I have to visit the MI service centre and get it checked and if the problem again persists they will take appropriate action. Even if it was the fault of the seller, I went to the service centre today (i.e., on 31st Oct) and they told me that there is a manufacturing defect and advised me to return the mobile to the seller. So, now, I don’t want to have a replacement because every item that the seller sells it was found to defective. I want a full refund of my money and please take this mobile from me.
