Delay in delivery by builders

This has referenced to our complaint regarding the Delay in Possesion. I would like to inform you that i have booked a flat, Flat No. B3-403 in “Parsvnath Exotia Ghaziabad”, UP. It was committed by the company that possession will be handed over on 19.03.2015 and thereafter at the end of 2015.
I am deeply saddened and anguished by your action towards your customers. I have written so many time but still its the same..
Thus, once again I am requesting you to give possession of my flat which belong to me.Kindly give me possession of my unit or refund my all payment with interest @ 24% per annum as soon as pssible.

Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013. Refund from Paytm – Rs.1095/-: Mr. Paresh Shah of Vesu, Surat made a recharge from my mobile for payment of Dish TV of Rs 1095. The transaction failed but the amount was deducted from his credit card. Even after a month he did not get his money back. But he did not receive the product even after a month. He sent Many mails to their support team got no response.
