Delay in delivery by DTDC couriers

DTDC Courier was booked with DTDC, Saltl ake, Sector-III, Kolkata. for Patna on 13/04/2018 but it is not yet delivered. I have mentioned Mobile No of Patna as well as My mobile no and the DTDC never called on these numbers instead when enquired from Saltlake, Sector-III, I have been answered that address was wrong and DTDC can’t do anything. This is simply cheating with customer and valuable document loss. Kindly arrange to resolve. Courier No – K10940980

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
