Digital mode of payment thru QR code not settled

I am  being a retailer of auto spare parts opened a digital  cash payment account for my customer so that they may use the easy digital mode of payment thru QR code with Bharatpe i had been using the mode some 2 months back and used to amount in my bank account in 2-3 days previously but for the last 15 days i had received payments from my customers of Rs 9000/- on the 14 sep 20 ,Rs 480/- on 19 sep and Rs  360/- on the 21 sep 20 but they failed to credit my account with the above said amount till date to my surprise when i checked my account in their app it showed that they have settled all of the above but in Rs0/-  and i recieved not asingle rupee and moreover till  date as today i have called their customer care si many times but all my complaints and calls fell on deaf ears ,hance lastly i had to report the matter to  you so that i may get some help in this regard
