This is complaint against In Digital Networks Khodal Vision Cable Operator functional in Althan Area of Surat. We have paid for the Bouquet of channels including Star and Sony in full. However, the cable operator (Khodal Vision) has not enabled any of the Sony Channels for us. Even after contacting them for like 10 times they give the same reply and excuses like their system isn’t working or down hence they aren’t able to Check the status of the same. And from last few days they have the gone further and started rejecting and choose not to answer any of our calls. This is just not right. We do understand if you are facing any technical issue which should be rightly communicated to us instead of not answering our calls. I seek immediate action from them on the issue and Start our Sony channel services on priority as it has already been more then a week now.
