I had ordered two t shirts from this online retailer for a price of Rs. 1148. However, on receiving them I found out that one of them didn’t match the visual description and the clothing material is of poor quality. I had immediately written to their customer care asking them to initiate the return and refund policy. I had mailed them for the first time on 18th April. However, in spite of sending them numerous mails, they haven’t reverted back to me yet. Kindly look into the matter and provide me with effective remedy. Order 61064 OSOM.
