I have done my global colouring and keratin from vlcc in Sakchi Jamshedpur they have not given me the bill till date every time I ask they r denying it.And these people don’t follow the rate card they charge whatever the want. in the rate card the rates r different and when we ask them they say it is the old one .I have confirmed the.rate with other outlet in Jamshedpur it is less. The pic I have send u is only for keratin .other thing I have paid cash..they have charged .only for hair colouring they have given me a hand written thing with gst charges but no gst number mentioned.
