DTDC delivers product at wrong address, demands extra charges

DTDC courier service has delivered my product on wrong address. My address is house no 4, near dolphin school tilak Nagar sagar road bikaner and they had delivered at dolphin school Raja park jaipur. My address is written on package after that they had done this huge mistake and now they says that it will charge 110rs to deliver your and do what u want do. Please take an action. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
