Eatery charging more than mrp plus taxes on Kinley water

Yesterday, I went Coco’s BAR & Grill with my friends and what I found that they are charging more then MRP on Water bottles. They provided Kinely Water bottle with MRP Rs 20 but they charge rs 60 + Service Tax + Service Charage, when I asked them they told we are doing service. Also most important thing they added “Service Charge” in the bill 5%.. Can you please look into this.. Thank you..

Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
