Eureka Forbes not attending complaints for vacuum cleaner

I have purchased eureka forbes trendy steel vacuum cleaner on 30/04/2018 from Kumar and Kumar enterprises tiptur, karnataka. On 7/5/2018 while using the product after 15min of use it stopped working. I have registered a complaint immediately in euro forbes customer support and my complaint id is 2007670179. They just wasted my time and didn’t send a service techinician even after 36hrs of complaint. When I talked to the customer care higher authority team they are telling that I have purchased the product through a dealer and so they are not responsible. How worst the company is .
