Fake fast track watch from shoposum

I have ordered a Fast-track watch from shoposum website but after delivery I came to know that it is a fake local made watch. It says on the website that we have to contact within 7 days to claim a money refund but they are never returning to any mail when asked for a query about the fakeness of the product. Please someone should necessary action to block such kind o fraudulent sites. Please help us with this issue.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
