Fake fastrack watch from Shoposum

Dear concern, I have ordered 1+1 fastrack combo watch from shopping. I have received the blue dart courier for the same on 6 september 2018 . The reference no for the same is SO 90410 of rupees 947. The watches I have received are duplicate copy of fastrack.

As per the deal of shoposum it is fraud done by online shoping company SHOPOSUM. I want my money back and I also have send complaint on support[@]shoposum.com but still they have not replied at all till time.

Request you to please help me in getting my money refund from SHOPOSUM. The order no is AWB#79365819923.
