I was looking for a consultancy who could help me to file & do all the paper works needed to renew my passport as i hardly get time to get this things done & hence I came across the so called company SP Consulting legal name. After filling out the online passport form, they charged me 4000 INR . And i was asked to submit the documents the next, so when i tried calling them of their contact number not only they did not answer any calls but disconnected all of it. i sent emails but that too went unanswered. Hence, i can summaries that it is company who fraudulently dupes citizens in taking money & not providing any services. Hence requesting you to please help me out. The payment was made through Razor Pay, i even reached out to Razor Pay too, but they stated that they are looping it to Passport Consultancy team to assist but still there is no answer from their end.
