I had placed an order for Bose Soundlink Revolve+ Wireless Bluetooth Speaker (see pic Bose speaker.jpg) delivered on May 24, 2019. I had paid cash on delivery of Rs. 3999.00. However, the product delivered did not match the purchased product (see pic Fake Product.jpg) and moreover, the delivered product is not original Bose but a fake.
I am agonized by the trick played on me and I wanted to return the product and demanded full refund on May 24, 2019 using the request form on the website herodeal.in. However, there has been no response from them till date. I demand that the product be taken back and a full refund of Rs. 3999.00.
This is without prejudice to my rights.
