Fake promise by real eze infra marketing company

I have booked plots from real eze infra marketing company, vikroli, mumbai on sep. 2014. As per agreement i should get the plots by sep. 2016. Its sep. 2017 now but i havent got my plots. Also They are not refunding my money.
On contacting the executives they just give silly excuses.
