This is to formally inform you that I had disconnected my Fastway Cable connection on 24/08/2025. At the time of installation on 15/11/2015, I had deposited a refundable security amount of Rs. 1000/- as per Fastway Terms and assurance that the same would be refunded upon surrender of the connection and return of the equipment.
I have duly surrendered the connection and cleared all outstanding dues. Throughout the tenure of my subscription, I paid my monthly charges regularly and on time, despite the poor and unsatisfactory services provided by Fastway.
However, to my utter shock and disappointment, Fastway customer care representatives have now refused to refund my legitimate security deposit without any valid reason. Such action amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
