I have purchased redmi note 4 phone through online website flipkart on 8 of sep’17 and after 2 – 3 days of delivery I got an issue of hanging then my phone got switched off thereafter I raised complaint to replace or change my phone but they are not doing as per promise to return their phone within 10 days from purchasing. I am fed up to chase this company (Flipkart) but they are harassing mentally. Kindly help me to out of this problem.
